Services + Digital Products:
I offer both digital products (like templates and toolkits) and professional services (like strategy sessions, audits, and brand systems). All offerings are clearly described — and if you ever need more clarity before booking, just ask.

Refunds + Rescheduling:
All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds for digital or service-based purchases. However, if you need to reschedule a booked session, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Who I Work With:
Just Jain welcomes clients globally. No matter where you’re based, these terms apply — unless local laws override them.

Data & Privacy:
I collect basic info like your email address for newsletter opt-ins and booking confirmations. I also use tools like Wix analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site performs.
