Aditi was a critical part of the delivery team for Scotia's Digital Advice offering. However, her impact was significantly beyond the role she had on the team. She was first in line with strategic thinking and suggestions to improve our offering or find better how-to's for many of our tasks, resulting in better time to market and improved efficiency.
She also had a keen eye for customer experience and was a very safe pair of hands to trust to guide our customers. She fully deserved the individual achievement awards she won year after year!
